My coaching sessions offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore your experiences, thoughts and emotions – to connect with yourself and your own intuition. 

You will feel supported, understood and accepted – when did you last speak from your heart?

As your coach I will guide you through sessions that are warm, welcoming and confidential; supporting you on your personal growth journey, led by you, at your own pace. 

In my sessions you can expect:

Sessions are available online or in-person and typically last either 60 or 90 minutes.

Depending on your needs, we may also explore journaling, guided reflection or visualisation exercises – powerful tools to deepen understanding and create meaningful shifts.

By the end of our journey, you’ll have strategies to navigate life’s challenges with a sense of calm, stepping into a future that feels aligned with who you truly are.

To help you to gain clarity and confidence, I use the Shadow Alchemy Method – a unique blend of 34 Intuitive Psychology Coaching techniques, alongside powerful questioning and reflective exercises.
